Resumo: The osteonecrosis of de jaws is a complex disorder because of its variable etiology, requiring a detailed anamnesis and histopathological study of the bone exposed area for the correct treatment. The objective is to report a clinical case of a female patient, 68 years old, who attended a consultation with a history of trauma in the facial region, with posterior tooth mobility, complaint of bone exposure in the maxilla for more than three months and spontaneous tooth avulsion, two weeks before the appointment. The medical report of Non-Hodgkin´s Lymphoma from 2007 to 2017, treated with monoclonal antibodies. On examination, bone exposure in the right maxilla was present, extending from tooth 14 to the ipsilateral tuberosity, extra-oral edema, and local purulent discharge. After an incisional biopsy of the region, the anatomopathological examination of the bone fragment showed osteonecrosis, and the immunohistochemistry of the soft tissue was consistent with Large B-Cell Lymphoma.
