Resumo: The mammary analogue secretory carcinoma (MASC) is a lesion described for the first time by Skalova in 2010. It is a rare salivary gland tumor with histomorphological characteristics of a breast secretory carcinoma. This case report highlights the rarity of the lesion and its location, which are important for diagnosis. A 66 year-old Caucasian male presented with a nodular lesion in the right in the buccal mucosa (submucosal), near the commissure, measuring 20mm, with a fibrous consistency, and asymptomatic. An excisional biopsy was performed on site and a diagnosis of MASC was confirmed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry. The patient was referred to the head and neck surgery team to undergo widening of the surgical margins. No recurrence has been observed in 5 years of follow-up.
