Dear colleagues,
After 42 years since the first journey, finally we have announced that the 42nd Brazilian Congress of Stomatology and Oral Pathology will be held in the largest capital of the Brazilian Amazon - Manaus, a historical city, immersed in the heart of the largest rainforest in the world, following the itinerant nature of the annual events of SOBEP.
The event will occur in the first week of July, period 4 to 8, with the thematic axis MOUTH CANCER: A MULTIDISCIPLINARY CHALLENGE. Our team is working to offer all participants a great event, in an environment with comfort and practicality in both the accommodations logistics and supply. We are chefly motivated by the concern to provide a scientific content to the height of the events held by SOBEP in our annual meetings.
We will be together on the planned date, an opportunity for large academic contributions, which will be brought by the participants in the form of lectures, clinical cases for oral presentation, seminar slides, clinicopathological sessions, and exhibition banners. We will also be happy to share the program with great national and international names of Stomatology and Oral Pathology.
For the first time ever we expect to have all Brazilian states represented in the event. It will be a great opportunity, especially for the states of North, a moment for the big centers to attend and contribute to spreading knowledge of Stomatology and Oral Pathology.
In addition to the scientific programming, the Congress of SOBEP 2016 will allow the congressmen who will come here a different cultural experience to know the Amazon, with its rivers, waterfalls, wildlife and lush forest, its exotic cuisine, historic monuments and its welcoming population.
Next to our Congress in Manausthere will be the 2016 Olympics, contested hard time to make hotel reservations. Therefore, we call on all to make provision briefly your reservations and ticket purchases, recommending that they do so in hotels indicated by our staff. Finally, we hope everyone can attend it sothat – in addition to scientific updates – we can come closer both professionally and as friends.
